How we work
- The process does not need to be fully defined before we start working together; we have experience with clients whose processes are not yet established in detail.
- We work directly in the client’s system or deliver the data in the requested format, without depending on a particular platform or vendor.
- Together with the client, we progressively define and refine the fields, relevant examples, checking rules, and approach to exceptions.
- As new cases arise, we document the agreed decisions so the process remains clear and consistent for both teams.
- Remote access is used only through methods approved by the client.
- Incomplete, unclear, or ambiguous information, and cases that require interpretation, are included in separate exception lists and flagged to the staff designated by the client.
