Intexim captures and enters the information you need from scanned documents, paper archives, images, and digital files. For each project, we work with fields, formats, and rules agreed with the client and refined when needed.
What types of source material can we process?
Scans and paper documents
From readable documents, we capture information such as text, numbers, dates, references, and classification categories, according to the requirements of each project.
Forms and structured records
We enter data from bank forms, forms issued by public institutions, applications, and other types of structured documents, following the instructions provided by the client.
Indexing and OCR correction
We create the indexing fields agreed for the project and check OCR results against the source document. This allows us to identify and correct recognition or transcription errors.
Delivery and checking of data
Data can be entered directly into the client’s system, delivered in a structured file, or used to populate an approved template.
Checks such as required-field validation or comparing information with the source document are carried out according to the requirements agreed for each project.
Service boundaries
For legal documents, Intexim’s work is limited to populating templates supplied and approved by the client. We do not provide legal advice, interpret the legal meaning of documents, or draft documents independently.
Frequently asked questions
What types of documents can you process?
We can work with scans, paper documents, forms, and images. Representative samples and an initial list of fields are useful; if the working rules are not yet fully defined, we can clarify them progressively with the client.
Do you use OCR?
Yes, when it is suitable for the project. OCR output can be used as a starting point, then checked and corrected against the source document, following the procedure agreed with the client.
Can you populate document templates?
Yes. The template, field mapping, and completion rules must be provided and approved by the client. Intexim does not draft or interpret the content of documents.
What happens if a document is unreadable?
The source is marked as an exception and sent to the staff designated by the client for review and a decision.
